The St. Thomas East End Medical Center Corporation (hereinafter, STEEMCC) is a Federally Qualified
Health Center (FQHC), 501 non-profit organization with responsibility for provision of
comprehensive primary care services. The health center is located at the Tutu Park Mall on the eastern
end of St. Thomas, US Virgin Islands.
STEEMCC is releasing this Request for Qualifications (RFQ) Notice for architectural services.
Interested parties may obtain the RFQ document package at STEEMCC's Executive Offices located at
4605 Tutu Park Mall, suite 188B.
